Is a real doctor actually present, or just a nurse?

Yes — a licensed MD is present at every single BGC session. The doctor performs a full clinical consultation before any IV is started: medical history, vitals, contraindication check. They stay with you throughout the session and review you before leaving. BGC is an official division of TMC Clinic Bali — we are not a standalone IV bar. All our doctors hold active STR and SIP certification under Indonesian law.
How fast will you arrive?

Our average arrival time is 30–60 minutes from confirmed booking. Canggu, Berawa, Pererenan, Seminyak, Umalas, and Kerobokan are typically under 30 minutes. Kuta, Legian, and Jimbaran 30–45 minutes. Uluwatu, Bukit, and Nusa Dua 45–60 minutes. If you have a severe situation — heavy vomiting, signs of severe dehydration — please mention this in your WhatsApp message and we will prioritise your call.
Do I pay upfront, or after treatment?

Payment is always after treatment — zero upfront cost. We accept cash in IDR only. There are no hidden fees. The price quoted is the price you pay.
Can I claim this on my travel insurance?

Yes. Every BGC treatment includes a complete clinical medical record with diagnosis codes, medications administered, doctor's signature, and official TMC Clinic Bali letterhead. This document is accepted by most major international travel insurance providers. The record is issued same day — simply photograph and submit to your insurer. For insurance that requires pre-authorisation, WhatsApp us before treatment and we will assist.
Do you cover my area in Bali?

We cover the entire Kabupaten Badung area — Canggu, Berawa, Pererenan, Cemagi, Umalas, Kerobokan, Seminyak, Legian, Kuta, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Bukit Peninsula, and Nusa Dua. If you are unsure whether we reach your villa or hotel, just WhatsApp us — we will confirm within minutes. We do not currently serve Ubud, Sanur, Denpasar, or Lombok.
Is this legal and safe in Indonesia?

Completely legal. BGC is an official clinical division of TMC Clinic Bali, licensed and operating under UU No. 29/2004 on Medical Practice. All doctors hold active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and SIP (Surat Izin Praktek). All medications are sourced from licensed Indonesian pharmaceutical distributors. You are receiving registered medical care — not a grey-market wellness service.
How do I book and what happens next?

6. Doctor reviews you before leaving. You pay. We send your recovery guide and medical record. Done.
What if my symptoms get worse after treatment?

All BGC patients receive a post-treatment WhatsApp check-in within 2–4 hours. If symptoms worsen or do not improve as expected, contact us immediately — our doctor will reassess at no extra consultation charge. We do not disappear after the drip. If you need hospitalisation, we will assist with referral to the nearest appropriate facility.
